My name is Ethan,
I am one of the founders of Narwhal Network.
For the past 12 years, I have been a narwhal (I find "fractional" and "part-time" misleading, as professionals bring their full selves and expertise, unbound by outdated notions of full-time work).
It's been a challenging journey, with friends not understanding my work, parents not supporting me, and colleagues questioning why I didn’t get a traditional job. As a pioneer of the portfolio career, I faced countless struggles. To my fellow narwhals, I feel you. I hear you. We are trailblazers, carving a path for those who will come after us.
NARWHAL NETWORK EXISTS BECAUSE WORK IS EVOLVING AND WE ARE DRIVING THAT CHANGE. WE AIM TO NORMALIZE FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENTS AND CROSS-SECTOR EXPERTISE. WE WANT TO UNCOUPLE WORK AND THE 40 HOUR WEEK.
